QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

Congelados de Navarra, S.A.U. has a commitment to Quality and Safety of Foods. Our target is to respect the environment, the care and satisfaction of our staff, customers, and suppliers. This Food Quality and Safety Policy is based on the culture of Food safety that prevails throughout the Company, and for which resources are allocated that allow its development and continuous growth. Social Responsibility and Sustainability are present throughout the company’s value chain, in the social, environmental and economic spheres. The result of any relationship between individuals or their companies and Congelados de Navarra, S.A.U. must be a feeling of pride and satisfaction through working together.

This Quality and Food Safety Policy is communicated to all the staff of the factory and must use as a guideline for the Company, and it is defined as follows:

  • Comply with all the standards and legislation in force, as well as the requirements of Quality and Food Safety demanded by our customers to gain their loyalty, and assuming the responsibility that derives from the obligation to produce safe, legal, and authentic, adjusted to the specified quality
  • To maintain the HACCP System alive, with periodical reviews
  • To carry out staff training to improve our internal processes
  • To continually review and improve our internal processes
  • To ensure that we conform to products norms, customer requirements and legislation relating to GMO’s and potentially allergenic products
  • To comply and cooperate with implemented food defense procedure
  • Ensure that it understands and manages any potential risk from raw materials, including packaging material, that may affect safety, legality and quality of products, as well as to its authenticity
  • To invest in Research and Development, endowing us with the technology and vanguard products which will make us efficient and competitive
  • To ensure an agile internal communication this will make us dynamic and flexible in our job and enable us to transmit it to our clients
  • To behave in an ethical and moral way, always considering our clients as part of our Company, as well as informing our personnel, clients and suppliers of all current improvements
  • To provide a fast, efficient and economic service
  • To respect people above all, protecting their security and respecting every function held in the Company
